Precise cold rubber LSR mould, which can make the LSR product producing with higher-quality, higher efficiency, longer life, save more production cost. Full range of permanent magnet synchronous high response servo motors, quick response time of hydraulic. The flow of power's output is as same as the flow of executive, no high-pressure throttling losses. Static mixer can mix the A and B component LSR material very adequately, which can supply better quality assurance for the LSR product producing. Excellent-quality oil pump, proportional valve, magnetic valve from world famous brand, which can guarantee excellent control on the hydraulic function. Brand nee series controller, parameterized settings, and multigroup electronic ruler to monitor the execution on every action, which can guarantee the reliability, stability and accuracy of the machine's operation. Self-research direct pressure injection barrel, which is more suitable for the molding process of the LSR material. Self-research full stainless steel pumping unit and ration pump, which can guarantee high accurate proportion of 1: 1 ( A: B) to feed the material.
