The structure of forming machine is holistic and horizontal, the working table possess transverse, vertical and horizontal regulating device. Speed governor adpot 590 numerical direct current governor, which is made by England Eurtherm that stable and wide scope of regulation speed.
Forming mould(air cooling +water cooling) is made of special aluminum alloy, which possess advantage of light weight, high density, good wearing resistance, small parament of thermal expansibility etc.
Imported accumulatoer ensure working table back automatically when power off suddenly and other bug, disengage forming mould from cooling mandrel.
Advantages: Our special designed screw and special structure mould can protect the screw and barrel from easy-abrasion and give an easy forming process.
