PVC Profile Extrusion Line

Application and Features:
YF series PVC profile extrusion line  is mainly used in pvc window profile,pvc door,  wide door plate,window plate, extrusion of multi-holes pipe for passing through lines(four holes, six holes, seven holes, nine holes, etc) According to different profile, sectinal surface and moulds, twin parallel(conical) screws extruder of different specifications can be chosen together with corresponding vacuum calibrating table, haul-off unit, cutting unit, stacker, etc.

It is mainly used for producing various sizes of PVC profiles, ceiling, panel, hollow board and so on. Our pvc profile machine has features of low consumption, high output, stable running.

Normal PVC profile making line is composed by extruder, mould, vacuum calibration table, hual-off
and cutter, stacker. With different mould, pvc ceiling making machine can produce PVC products with different shapes.
