Product use:
This unit used in PU/TPU materials of high quality transparent tube, pneumatic tube continuous and automatic production. Can also be used for other high precision tube production of plastic pipe products.

• Host USES high strength alloy steel nitride (38 crmoala) screw screw tubes; Straight association-like transmission; The hard tooth face, big torque gear reducer; Mitsubishi inverter controller, omron digital display intelligent temperature controller; Silent fan and cast aluminum heating temperature control system; Excellent plasticizing properties and accurate stable extrusion flow control.

• Stainless steel shape tank adopts imported SUS304 stainless steel welding molding, special medical grade purified water cooling circulatory system, saving the water resource, improve product cleanliness. Tractor adopts double caterpilla r drawing high-precision, tracked with German import PU wedge belt, traction and traction torque speed with high precision is stable and reliable.

• Double disc winding machine adopt mitsubishi PLC control system, touch screen man-machine interface control system or text type, through the buffer rack position sensing system, moment follow-up catheter linear velocity and adjust the winding speed, so as to achieve winding and traction speed dynamic balance, synchronicity.
