LPG CYLINDER SHOT BLASTING MACHINES
We supply all types of LPG Cylinder Shot Blasting Machines. The shot blasting machine is used to automatically clean the surface of the LPGcylinders by blasting of the grit material coming from the turbines of the machine in aconfined chamber. The LPG cylinders get shot blasted as they pass through the blasting chamber on the base of the machine. The cylinders also get rotated on the rollers as they pass through to ensure the cleaning of the complete surface.
The machine is composed of:
The main cabin is made out of high-grade steel. The LPG cylinders enter through wear resistant rubber screens at the entrance and travel horizontally towards the exit side that also has rubber screens. The blasting medium is thrown to the rotating surface of the cylinders by the turbines in the blasting section that is placed between entry and exit. The walls and the ceiling are made out of high-grade steel (W.3401 Manganese Steel (MX120Mn12) in up to 10 mm thickness (5 mm wearplates over 10 mm outer plates). The LPG cylinders are rotated by the rotation mechanism as they move through the cabin. The blasting medium that comes down to the lower cabin together with the scales and dust that is taken out of cylinder surface collected in the lower cabin. Lower cabin is also made as the steel construction. The helical shaft that is rotated at the bottom of lower cabin moves the dust and media towards the elevator. The elevators use the buckets rotated on astrong perpendicular belt elevates the dust and media to the separator.
The elevators made of steel structure. The particles bigger that 3 mm are shifted first in the moving sift. Then, the main and the auxiliary cyclones are used to separate the media from the dust. After separation of the medium from the coarse particles, the dust and the fine particles are fed to filtering system to be filtered. The separated media is forwarded towards the turbines for blasting back onto the rotating cylinders.
