WPC Parallel Twin-Screw Pelletizing Line:
1. The line first wood ,traw stalk,flax crushed ,using industry mill grinds to power,then mixed with resin and feed into extruder to pelletizing plastic wood particles.
2.This particle can be used to make all kinds of plastic wood products.For example:transport plate,furniture,the stockade,the arm rest,the plank and so on 3.Parallel twin screw design of the extruder must achieve the processing tasks and it can be optimally accomplished with only a few barrel and screw variations.
Practical Application:
To make WPC (PE, PP, ) pellets specially for extrusion.
The extrusion line with the following advantages:
i. Paralell twin-screw extrusion machine designed according to characteristics of wood and plastic(PE and PP), professional manufacturing, and stable function
ii. Good effect of mixing, plastication, etc.
iii. Able to expel moisture and gas easily because of several vents designed
