Application and feature:
It is used for form PP, PS, HIPS, PVC, PET plastic sheets, widely used to produce various kinds of plastic cups, boxes, containers and other plastic wares, such as ice-cream cups, milk cups, candy boxesand fast food boxes etc.

The thermoforming machine is designed with most advanced thermoforming technology, a combination of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components. And the whole system was controlled by PLC. The machine has man-interface operation, preheating by heat conduction oil roller, send sheet by chain, running by cam, press by servo-motor, forming by air pressure. It combines the preheating, material feeding, heating, drawing, forming, cutting, rewinding into one process.
