4.1 SJ933 Single screw extruder
It adopts optimized screws and new type groove design barrels, therefore, the extruder has the following features: high plasticization, even melting, stable and consist production. High performance reducer , the gear reducer is of high torque, long service life and low noise, use AC drive motor.

4.13 Corona Treatment:
Main Characteristics of Model CW3008 Double Sides full-closed discharge frame:
The major circuit inversion part uses imported IGBT power module and special drive circuit, fix the operating frequency, adjust the pulse width to change the output power. It has the function of soft start, and can prevent pollution and damage caused by large current. It can work well under moist environment.
