• The precise extrusion machine with microcomputer pipe cutter adopt mitsubishi PLC automatic control system and LCD touch screen man-machine interface operation; Host using direct coupling transmission system, high precision hard tooth surface gear reducer.

• Adopting twin-shaft laser caliper on-line detection products, extrusion machine and drawing through laser measuring diameter instrument detection data, realize the automatic closed-loop control and feedback, so that the catheter accuracy control precision range, produce high quality products.

• Unit adopts high quality stainless steel WaiFeng materials, after place are imported SUS304 stainless steel material, the machine structure is easy to wash clean, adhesion YaoXie devices "GMP" requirements.
