Applications:
This line is composed of conical double extruder, granulating moulds, Pelletizer, wind supplying, material storage etc. It is used in hot-cutting PVC resin powder and granulating.

Features:
1. The PVC hot cutting pelletizing line Set can be widely uesd in various thermoplastic filling, compouding, improving modification, exhausting and vaporizing and also stablizing dring and evening granular.
2. The PVC hot cutting pelletizing line is an ideal equipment with multifunctions and high efficiency for high polymer chemistry such as resign plant and plasticplant.

3. This part is the main one, which has specialized granulating screw and gearbox, which has good plastization to become PVC compound.
4. Including screw, barrle, heating zones, cooling zons, constant temperature control, feeding system, vacuum exhausting system (water and gas exhausting), driving and speed reduction system...

5. After cutting room, under fan powder to cool the granules, twice, all material of this syetem is stainless steel, along with clean bags to keep non-dust.
6. Under the second wind-sending system, we install vibrating sieve to get equally granules with sieve, which has specialized 2 sets of vibrating motos. Also equiped the third fan power to feed material into storage.

The last step is to storage, to get beautiful granules. This storage material is stainless steel, u can arrange plastic bags under the storage.
