Automatic Tilt-mold Plastic Cup Making Machine

 

Purpose:

It's available for plastic sheet forming, such as PP, PS, HIPS, PVC, PET, PLA. 

It can produce different kinds of cups, bowls, dishes, lids and boxes such as milk cups, jelly cups, one-off cups and instant noodle bowls.

Production procedure is heating plastic sheet to determinate temperature, use negative pressure to form cup, 

then through tipping device to transmit cups to the stacking machine, automatic stacking, counting and pushing out orderly.

 

Function:

* The machine is controlled by PLC and use touch panel.

* Use servo engine on feeding device and stretching device.

*   Automatic function help manufacturers which produce plastic products to 

reduce labor and production cost.

*   Fast speed is available for high-level production line.
