CONICAL TWIN SCREW PLASTIC EXTRUDER
Special note:
Model SJSZ series conical twin-screw plastic extruder is used for extrude PVC to become plastic pipe, profile, plate and etc when change different mould, screw and auxiliary equipments.
It includes screw, barrel, gear transmission system, heating, cooling and electric control and etc.
The screw has applied oil cooling system. Barrel is cooled by special wind cooling system. Vacuum exhausting and material feeding device is fixed with machine.
Application and Feature:
1.This series conical twin-screw plastic extruder is used for extrude PVC to become plastic pipe,profile,plate, sliced materal, bar,and granulation when change diffreent mould,screw and auxiliary equipments.
2.It includes screw,barrel,gear transmission system,heating,cooling and electric control and etc.
3.The screw has applied oil cooling system.Barrel is cooled by special wing cooling system.The system has applied special computer control.
4.The screw is made so as to achieve best plasticity state and material quality. The screw is made by high precision special digital screw miller, extruding property can be highly harmonized.
5.It has firstly introduced advanced technique of producing screws with variable pitch and depth, so that the material can be more softly sheared and cut.
6.The distribution box is specially designed, the drive life span can be prolonged. It can bear larger extruding pressure. The electrical system has mainly applied imported parts, it has multiple alarm system, there are few problems which can be easilly eliminated.
6.The cooling system has applied special design, heat emission area is enlarged, the cooling is rapid, temperature control tolerance can be ±1°c
7.Vacuum exhausting and material feeding device is fixed with machine.
