1. Body structure:

2. Inlet part:

5. Wire drawing wheel:
5-1. Adopt sprayed ceramic wire drawing wheels, 4 in 12 layers, and 1 in a single layer of final wire drawing wheels.
5-2. The loading and unloading of the wire drawing wheel is fixed in the form of a conical shaft, and the loading and unloading is simple.
6. Eye mold base:
6-1. The first eye model is free-standing.
6-2. The second to twenty-fifth eye mold bases are cast in pig iron, which is small and increases the space for extraction operations.
6-3. The eye mold base can be adjusted according to the displacement of the wire drawing wheel.
7. Wire drawing lubrication system
7-1. Lubricate the wire drawing wheel and wire drawing eye mold, and install a movable water pipe joint above it, which will not affect the threading operation.
7-2. The first and twenty-sixth eye molds are lubricated by independent piping.

9. Winding speed control:
9-1. Swing arm buffer detection, automatic correction of coiling.
9-2. Automatic correction control, the tension can be adjusted according to the diameter of the outgoing line.
10. Wire system:
10-1. Linear slide type, stable line arrangement, fast response speed.
11. Device for the upper and lower shafts of the winding shaft:
11-1. The spool is fixed by a single-shaft ejector nut, and the upper and lower axle trolleys and ramp plates are provided below the take-up shaft for the upper and lower spools.
11-2. Fully enclosed safety cover, equipped with transparent acrylic window, to observe the winding and wiring conditions.
11-3. A wrench #55 with an open wrench is used for the upper and lower shaft devices.
12. Safety cover:
12-1. The ventilation hole of the safety cover in the transmission area is mesh-shaped.
12-2. The safety cover of the wire drawing area is made of stainless steel plate.
12-3. The safety cover of the coiling area is fully enclosed with three inspection windows.
